How to pay?
All payments must be made through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to do this.
How does delivery work?
All orders to UK addresses are delivered for £1 (including postage and packing) first class. If you are placing an order to be delivered to an address outside the UK then please email us for information on delivery costs. All items should be posted within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Can you gift wrap items?
All items are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a padded envelope. Your item(s) can also be gift wrapped and placed in an organza pouch, please choose this option from the sub menu in the 'Sparkly packaging' section of the main menu. If your item is a gift and you would like to send it directly to the recipient then why not choose a gift tag from the 'Sparkly packaging' section!
Can you customise jewellery?
If you have something particular in mind, whether it's a different colour or material, and it's not already on the site then please send us an email (bijouxbyele@gmail.com or mail@bijouxbyele.co.uk) and we will try to help! Please also have a browse through the 'Inspiration for custom orders' section for ideas!
How many of each item do you have?
We have one of each item in stock but more can be made on request.
What materials do you use?
All of the jewellery findings (i.e. clasps, chains, loops etc) are either sterling silver or gold filled.
How should I look after my jewellery?
Despite the high quality of our jewellery it is the nature of sterling silver to tarnish. In order to keep your bijouxbyele jewellery looking sparkly a small square of cloth will be enclosed with each order (where sterling silver is a component). If you polish your jewellery gently using the impregnated cloth then its original sparkle will return! Just be sure not to rinse the cloth!
What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with an item you have ordered then please get in touch as soon as possible. If an item is faulty then we will refund the cost or send you another.
