All payments must be made through paypal. You do not need a paypal account to do this.
How does delivery work?
All orders to UK addresses are delivered for £1 (including postage and packing) via recorded delivery (excluding necklaces which due to their delicate nature need to be posted in a box hence the postage and packing fee of £2.00). If you are placing an order to be delivered to an address outside the UK then please email us for information on delivery costs. All items should be posted within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Can you gift wrap items?
Your item(s) can be gift wrapped, please choose this option from 'Extras' on the main menu.
Can you customise jewellery?
If you have something particular in mind, whether it's different colours or materials, and you can't see it on the site then please send us an email and we will try to help!
How many of each item do you have?
We have one of each item in stock but more can be made on request.
What materials do you use?
All of the jewellery findings (i.e. clasps, chains, loops etc) are either sterling silver or gold filled.
What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with an item you have ordered then please get in touch as soon as possible. If an item is faulty then we will refund the cost or send you another.
